Lemon Salad Dressing

Combine the following...
3/4 cup oil (Vegetable or Olive)
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
2 cloves of garlic

Serve over Romaine lettuce.
Top the salad off with tomatoes, bacon, croutons, almonds, and mozzarella/Parmesan cheese.
